How do you say 'Happy Bear' in Chinese? I think it is 愉快的熊 in Chinese but how is it pronounced?

You need to tell your clinician that you are not getting any relief and let him/her try something else. Sometimes it is necessary to try several different drugs before finding the one that is patient appropriate."

lil sammy replied: "I'm 31 and in the same situation. I get lectures all the time about how what's missing from my life is kids or a job. I'm sure you do, too. Just don't let pressure from the outside cause you to make decisions you normally wouldn't.
I've just relocated, so I know that's some of my problem. One thing I do that helps is group classes at gyms, it forces you to talk to people. Sometimes I feel that people are just born with happiness.
In the meantime I find Wellbutrin is pretty good (I know, thumbs down). My mom takes prozac and I think it depresses her more.

my advice is to read about Yoga, mediation, inner self and inner peace where you can find true happiness. dont measure you happiness or self satisfaction with what you have, however, man should find a true thing, he or she believe in and it become the source of happiness to live for i.e. peace, helping other, making some thing success.

JC R replied: "Ignore all the people who blame YOU for not being happy. Happiness doesn't come from posessions. Feeling guilty that you are not happy is, ironically, just another symptom of depression. People who say "Look at all you have - you should be happy" do not understand that possessions, position, money, or even the people around you have nothing to do with depression.
Depression often comes from simple chemical imbalances in the brain that can be corrected by the right drug treatment. You've seen a psychiatrist, but some come with their own biases for treatment. If one doctor did not help you then try another. It is the same for the Prozac. Not all antidepressants are the same - some work for some people and some don't. Some correct one type of chemical imbalance while some correct others. Find a psychologist or psychiatrist who is willing to take the time and effort to find the right treatment for you.
If you went to an optometrist and he gave you glasses that didn't help your vision would you wear them anyway? Of course not. If he wouldn't change them you'd find another optometrist, wouldn't you? It's the same with the Prozac. You have to be getting your Prozac prescription from someone - tell them it isn't working and you want to try something else. If they won't, then find another doctor."

But I do know about these types of drugs....try counseling or Cranio Sarcral Therapy. A med may need to be added to give you that Happy feeling so you are able to get out of bed and get your life rolling. It's hard to find the RIGHT Physc.,Doc.,or Counsel., but they are out there. Get info from group classes , they have first hand info what these med do. Your question on "how do I find it" may really mean how does it release from your mind. Well first off i don't think you should rely on Prozac, or anyother medicine. If you rely on it it's just goignt o give you something else to worry about.
Being depressed is probably the worst thing in the world-i had it as a teenager. I was socialising with the wrong people, i was into a little bit of drugs....it wasn't the ideal situation.
Now i realise what i did wrong. I was so dependant on something. whether it be fags or food, i always needed something to help me 'lose' my independence.
Obviously it's not the same for everyone, but my suggestion is that if you have a nice car, drive it somewhere you've never been before. Explore things other than what you are surrounded in. Explore your own soul....thats sounds a little philosophical, but it works.
Tell someone. I know it sounds ridiculous now, but depression is like a bottle filling up. The more it fills up, the more depressed you become. So letting the bottle spill will help. But don't talk to a psychiatrist....they just want money! But talk to someone close, they can help more.

I agree they can help some, but your continued search for happiness cannot always come in the form of a little pill. I am near the same age as you are, and I firmly believe depression is a choice, we can choose the course and path of our life and we alone are responsible for our happiness. If you rely on someone else to make you happy, it will be a temporary fix. Find something, anything, to become passionate about. There are online tests you can take to see what your best interests are along with your qualities. Try one of those, and persue that. You seem like someone who is very caring, sincere and able to contribute something to this life. I believe you have the power to do so once you figure out what that is. Only you are able to find true happiness for yourself, nobody else can do it for you. I wish you strength, peace of mind and luck as you rediscover yourself."

Other times it's his lawnmower... it's a ball popper too, and it's SO LOUD, I really regret buying it, but it really brings him joy... but he wanted to take it outside, and it's still on the porch at the moment, so I'm enjoying the quiet!"

All home made) We will than after about 3 or 4 sales go to walgreens and get as much bug spray as we can (hopefully they will donate a few) We will put in our allowence and our family will put in some to. We will than put each spray in a box that it tightly fits, put in a picture of a happy bear or rabbit of some soart in it, and rap it iin rapping paper. My question is after I buy the spray how do I get it all to africa? Is there any way I can send it without spending any money? Are there charities that will send it for us? Also is this a good idea? any other ideas?

A demonstrator from "Stampin Up co. showed us how to make a card that we can take at home also give me an idea of how to earn money working doing this stuff and at the same time paying for your hobby. It was all ok until I came across Kaszass who does the same thing but charges less to join cost $250 where as Stampin up cost $300 'til 15th of Aug. then will be back to $325.00 after the promo ends. It's hard to compare the product that comes with the kit when you join because Stampinup doesn't itemized the prizes of each products like Kaszazz does. It even gets more confusing because Kaszazz doesn't have Conpensation Plan were as Stampin Up does so it gets harder to compair. Then there is Demonstrator incentive a freebee when you join Kaszazz plus is an Aussie Co. but Stampin up is not. Maybe it will help you can check out the website of each of them by going to and. I want to do this because I can use this to help fund raise for the disadvantage children like the one that I already donating to "Robinns' Nest" and I can only help them when I make money because my husband is the only one who is earning money and I don't want to put pressure on him to work even harder to pay for my hobby so if I earn money doing the thing I enjoy, I'm happy and he's happy. Bear in mind that the Stampin Up lady who will be my up line will be movin to Melborne where us Kaszazz is staying put and will only take 30 mins trip to travel plus she said I can borrow all of the products that I need, (both of them said that). I have been in scrapbooking and rubbing stamping for over 10years and have never heard of Kaszazz. Stampin UP and Close to My Heart are the two main stamping companies. CTMH is clear stamps, Stampin' Up is wooden blocks. I like SU better for their stamps, but clear stamps are so much easier to use.
I have had friends work for both companies and have no complaints about either. You do have to keep sending in orders. So check how often you need to send in an order to stay a consultant and how much the order has to be for."
Joanne replied: "I am biased because I am a Stampin' Up! demonstrator based in Adelaide, so from that point of view would say "go with Stampin' Up!". Of course with all these things it is a personal decision, but some things which might help.… Firstly, with the SU starter kit you receive over $560 worth of product for (until 15th August) $299. I'm not sure how that compares with Kaszazz in terms of value of product. The SU starter kit also includes everything you need to get your business going. The SU product is lovely to work with, and even if you didn't have an upline nearby to work with the demonstrator support service is excellent, plus you receive regular newsletters with tips and advice.
My sister-in-law has been using Kaszazz product for some time now, but took up the opportunity to become an SU demonstrator because SU offers different products to Kaszazz. So I guess it also depends on what it is you want to do. Definitely if you are interested in card making then I would say go with SU as that is our specialty.
